In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.

Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. We offer exchanges for US customers only. For damaged goods, we offer a refund or exchange for all customers.
If you would like to exchange for another size ( purchased in original price only), or an item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date your order is received. We only accept returns of damaged items purchased from maybellstudio.com. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds for Damaged Goods
For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-12 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returning Shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. , Seller is responsible for return shipping cost for damaged goods only.
